Jordan (16) went along to the Scandinavian Film Festival Media Launch in Perth.
Traditional sweets that taste a little too good and a screening of the captivating and highly educational drama What Will People Say is how the Scandinavian Film Festival likes to cap off their media launch.
A program overview highlighted particular films to check out before the feature, some of which were Darling known to be the Danish Black Swan, Amateurs a youth empowering story of high school kids journalising their hometown and an entertaining trailer to the darkly comic Under the Tree sealed the film as a must-see pick.
For film lovers, the most attractive feature within the program has got to be Bergman Revisited, a collection of six short films created by renowned filmmakers who have been inspired by the artist’s vision on life from Bergman-esque drama to animated critical satire.
